Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the platform is capped at the amount of the specific stake that led to the dispute or the total amount currently held in your account balance, whichever is lower.

This Agreement and the relationship between the User and Game Night Live are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is licensed. Any legal action or proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

18.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any specific Bonus Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Game Night Live, superseding all prior communications or proposals.
